milk chocolate, chopped (120 g) | 1/2 cup |
white chocolate, chopped | 2 oz |
butter (100 g) | 7 tbsp |
sugar (100 g) | 1/2 cup + 1 tsp |
egg | 1 |
flour (150 g) | 1 cup + 1.5 tbsp |
corn starch | 2.5 tbsp |
baking powder | 1 tsp |
salt | pinch |
vanilla extract | 1 tsp |
triple chocolate cookie的做法
prep
1. melt dark chocolate
2. chop milk and white chocolate
3. soften butter
4. bring egg to room tempmix or whisk by hand
beat up butter
add sugar
add egg when the volume has changed
add flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla extract
beat till no dry ingredientsadd melted chocolate and mix the dough with a spatula
add in most chopped chocolate and roughly mix before the dark chocolate hardens again
preheat oven to 356 F
scoop cookies out
press some residual white chocolate on top for decorationbake at 356 F for 12–15 mins
* if bake from frozen dough, add 1-2 mins
* it is best served when just baked, so only bake what you're having and freeze the restcool briefly (not completely) and serve with cold milk
