用料
all-purpose flour | 2 cups 中筋面粉 |
baking soda | 1 teaspoon 小苏打 |
salt | 1 pinch 盐 |
butter | 1/2 cup 牛油 |
brown sugar | 1/2 cup 糖 |
egg | 2 蛋 |
mashed banana | 2 1/3 cup 过熟香蕉 |
chocolate chips | optional 烘培巧克力适量 |
pecans | optional 胡桃仁适量 |
美式香蕉面包 [very banana bread]的做法
预热烤箱至350F/175C。
烤盘涂上一层油。
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Lightly grease a 9*5 inch loaf pan. (healthier and easier if use olive oil spray!)盆里放入面粉、小苏打、盐,搅拌均匀。
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.另拿一容器微波融化牛油,加入糖搅拌一下,再加入打散的蛋和香蕉,搅拌均匀。
In a separate bowl, mix butter and brown sugar. (microwave butter for 1 min to melt)
Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended.将前两步骤混合,均匀即可,不要过度搅拌。
Stir banana mixture into flour mixture. (Stir just to moisten. Do not over stir.)将面糊倒入烤盘,翻入烤箱烤60分钟。
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes.取出放凉10分钟(比较好切)。
Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.

Stir in chocolate chips or pecans if you'd like before pouring into the pan.
