秋葵嫩豆腐 Okra Soft Tofu的做法
调料用量勺量好,若是没有海苔丝可把1片寿司海苔取1/8用厨房剪刀剪成海苔丝。
Measure up seasonings by measuring spoons. If there is no sea sedge shreds, you can take 1/8 slice of sushi sea sedge and cut it into sea sedge shreds with kitchen scissors.2. 将盐洒在在秋葵上,再用小麦秸秆竹炭牙刷搓洗其表面。

Boil a pot of water by high heat and use it to cook the okra for three minutes.捞出秋葵放凉。把豆腐切成方片摆盘。将醋,生抽,糖倒在小碗中搅拌均匀。
