用料  

(instant pot) clam chowder的做法  

1. one red bell pepper, one green bell pepper, 3根芹菜

2. 切成丁

3. 半个洋葱，四个土豆

4. 切成丁

5. 全部倒入instant pot

6. 准备两个 clams can, 打开

7. 倒入两罐罐头的汁
   
   （只需要倒入 clam juice !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
   (不要倒入clam !!!!!!)

8. 加入 1 cup 水，盖上盖子，high pressure, 7 minutes.

9. 找一个普通的锅，开火，放入  5 tablespoon butter，热到融化

10. 再加入 5 tablespoon 面粉，搅拌均匀

11. 搅拌 2-3 分钟

12. 加入 1.5 cup 牛奶，搅拌 （全程都是中小火），
    然后关火。instant pot 煮完以后release，倒入instant pot

13. 搅拌均匀，加入2 clam cans
