Cola Chicken Wing的做法  

1. Make some light cuts on both sides of the chicken wings; cut the scallion to strips.
   tips: the amount of the scallion is hard to explain, just several strips like last time.

2. Mix the scallion, cooking wine and salt with the chicken wings until well-combined, then put to the refrigerator for 20 minutes( longer is better to get the taste into the chicken wings)

3. Fry the wings until the wings change to the golden color. Put the cola into the pot and switch to the strong fire until the cola boiled.

4. Add the soy sauce, then turn to light fire and put the lid on for 15 minutes.

5. Last step is take out the wings to a nice plate and add some sesames.
